Our trading terms are considered common commercial practice.

ACCOUNTS
All accounts payable within 14 days to approved applicants only. Application forms are available on request.

PAYMENT
Preferred methods of payment is by direct deposit or cheque.
Credit cards not accepted.

ORDERS
Please fax or email all orders. Phone orders are acceptable if time or situation necessitates.

FREIGHT
All goods will be sent by the most economical method according to instructions and requirements. Insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser.

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
When ordering personalized printed stock, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. A deposit of 50% is required and minimum quantities apply.

PRICING
All prices quoted in our price list are subject to change without notice.

GST
A GST rate of 10% applies to the wholesale price of each item. All goods are dispatched with a Tax Invoice with Snowy Mountain Distributor's ABN number clearly noted.

RETURNS
Our invoice number and a full explanation of the reason must accompany each return. Should any products be faulty, they will be replaced as long as they have been used for their original purpose.
